System Settings - Publish Changes

After you have made a change to a unit or a rate, the system will ask you to 'publish your changes' by displaying a yellow message at the top of the screen.

Changes to these sections do not update automatically, just in case you are in the middle of making multiple changes and still want to reflect on then before making them 'Live' to the general public. Therefore you must Publish Changes in order for them to be confirmed.

There are two ways to do this:

1. If you select 'click here' on the yellow message it will take you the publish changes section.

2. Alternatively, you will find this section under your initials in the top right hand corner - Configuration > Publish Changes


Final Steps - Once you are in the Publish Changes area, you need to follow these steps

1. Select the year(s) you are working on
2. Select the unit(s) you would like to publish
3. Hit 'Publish'

Once completed the yellow display message will disappear from the top of your screen and your changes will be live.
